Hawaii First Mobile Banking App
We are excited to announce our new Mobile Banking App is here! Please visit your device’s App Store® or Google Play™. Download and install our new app. For Apple users you may just update your old Hawaii First FCU “Touchbanking” app and it will direct you to the new “It’sMe247” app.
Launch “ItsMe247” Mobile App. If this is your first time signing on to the Hawaii First FCU online banking system, please click “First Time User” and follow the prompts to verify your identity. If you have already registered via Online Banking you may use the same credentials for this Mobile App.
This new mobile banking app has many of the prior features including eMOCHI which is our remote deposit capture service. But there are more new features right at your fingertips such as:
- Adding a photo to personalize your mobile app.
- “Jump feature” where you can “jump” into other accounts you are an owner on and transact within that account.
- “Card Controls” to temporarily lock your card or report your card lost or stolen
- “Nicknames” to specify which accounts you designate them for.

Banking Anytime, Anywhere with eMOCHI
On the go but need to deposit a check? No need to stop by the credit union, you can now deposit checks remotely! eMOCHI or Electronic Mobile Check Hawaii, is now available as a service to make your life more convenient and less stressful.
Once logged onto your mobile app click on “Deposit” at the bottom of the screen and it will send a request to register to eMOCHI. When approved you may go back to the app to make your deposit by following the prompts.
*A Hawaii First checking account is required to use eMOCHI
Mobile Deposit Update
Due to regulatory requirements, effective July 1, 2018, we now kindly require that all eMOCHI (mobile) deposit users write “For mobile deposit at Hawaii First FCU only” on the back of the check.
